Blue doors and a red ring

In Fira, Santorini, many houses were built into caves in the rock face and this was even more so in the harbour area down at the ocean front. This image show some of the cave houses with distinctive blue painted doors, now long since abandoned with paint peeling and in disrepair. The life ring and rusting satellite dish just add to the sadness of the image.
