Storm clouds in Atlantic City

This was taken on the wooden promenade or boardwalk of Atlantic City in USA. A heavy storm was in the air and a lot of rain had already fallen to give some great reflections in the wet boards. Not sure what this structure was but it looked like it had been abandoned for a while.
