Bakelite telephone

So, who remembers these? I would like to bet that there are many that have never, ever used one, or even seen one. Long before mobiles or before “modern” push button phones there existed these Bakelite ring-dial telephones. This one was a display piece in a Toms shop in a mall in Dubai. Now it’s an antique curio and designer piece!
