Posts in the ocean, mono

These Posts, I think, are the remnants of a pier in the ocean near to St. Mary’s Lighthouse, just off the Northumberland coast in North East England. They seem to have been there forever and are well encrusted with barnacles and other sea life. They are almost buried at high tide, but clearly visible at low tide.
