Uighur boys in LinXia
This was taken About 10 years ago in a small local school in a small village in North West China near to LinXia in Gansu province. These little Uighur boys were really curious about what was going on. I don’t think many foreigners came to this area and they weren’t allowed to take part in the games etc as they didn’t speak Mandarin. There was a lot of segregation that we witnessed. It was a very moving experience to visit this remote part of northern China.
