Newcastle, the old town, mono

This is a shot of my hometown city, Newcastle upon Tyne. This building on the right is the old Moot Hall and in the distance you can see All Saints' Church, which is a late 18th-century church in Lower Pilgrim street. All Saints' Church is the only elliptical church building in England, the third tallest religious building in Newcastle and the ninth tallest structure in the city, overall. It is a Grade 1 listed building. The Moot hall, also a grade 1 listed building, was design by John Stokoe in the Greek revival style as a courthouse and completed in 1812, although the site dates back to Roman times.
